Everyone is welcome regardless of age, ability or gardening skills and our events are free (unless otherwise stated):
Wednesdays 9.30-11.30 during school term only Buds n Blooms Intergenerational garden and nature play. Thursdays 9:00-12:00 Nursery volunteering Join us in the nursery to help with propagating and prepping seedlings for sale. Join us for some fun and enjoy our social 10:30 morning tea. Fridays 9:00 - 12:00 General Gardening Volunteer in the garden to do what ever is needed - chook tending, composting, pruning, planting, weeding, plus the essential cuppa tea! Ongoing roster Hen Helpers's We have a dedicated team who tends to the 11 chickens almost daily to check the food and water, collect eggs and do some cleaning! We know our Hilton community love our chickens and enjoy visiting them, feel free to pick some green grass to pop through the fence when you come! |
