Chooks in the Chookship

We currently have four well loved chooks in residence in the chookship, one grey australorpe, two white leghorns and a speckled aracana. They are checked on daily by volunteers who are paid in eggs. Our lovely Work for the Dole crew fenced the orchard in July 2016 so now the girls get let out into the orchard three or four times a week and have plenty of scratching space!
